The 1915 Giro di Lombardia was the eleventh edition of the Giro di Lombardia cycle race and was held on 7 November 1915, over a course of 232 km (144 mi). The race was won by Italian Gaetano Belloni, who reached the finish line at an average speed of 28.330 km/h (17.603 mph), preceding his compatriots, Paride Ferrari and Gaetano Caravaglia.
