The 1938 Sul Ross Lobos football team was an American football team that represented The Sul Ross State Teachers College, at Alpine as a member of the Alamo Conference during the 1938 college football season. Led by B. C. Graves in his 12th season as head coach, the Lobos compiled an overall record of 4–3–1, with a mark of 1–1 in conference play, and finished second in the Alamo.
