The 1994 Illinois Fighting Illini football team was an American football team that represented the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a member of the Big Ten Conference during the 1994 NCAA Division I-A football season. In their third year under head coach Lou Tepper, the Fighting Illini compiled a 7–5 record, finished in fifth place in the Big Ten, and outscored opponents by a total of 279 to 156. They concluded the season in the 1994 Liberty Bowl, defeating East Carolina by a 30–0 score.
