The 2009–10 Kansas Jayhawks women's basketball team represented the University of Kansas in the 2009–10 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Jayhawks were a member of the Big 12. Kansas returned four starters and eight letter winners to the line-up, including All-American guard-forward Danielle McCray.
