The awards were postponed from their original September dates due to the 2023 Hollywood labor disputes. During the ceremony, Emmy Awards were handed out in 26 different categories. The ceremony was produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, directed by Alex Rudzinski, and broadcast in the United States by Fox. Anthony Anderson hosted the event.
