Agia Triada, also known as Agias Trias is a village on the Karpas Peninsula, 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) east of Gialousa, in Cyprus. The village is de jure part of the internationally recognized Republic of Cyprus but after the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974 it, along with much of the rest of the northern part of Cyprus, has been under the de facto control of the internationally unrecognized Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the other administrative bodies which preceded its unilateral declaration of independence in 1983.
