The Albanian School of Magistrates, officially known as the School of Magistrates of the Republic of Albania is an Albanian post-graduate school, where Albanian judges and public prosecutors are trained. The institution was established in 1997 through no. 8136, date 31.7.1996 "On the School of Magistrates of the Republic of Albania", which has since been amended several times.
