The Annexation of the Metropolitanate of Kyiv by the Moscow Patriarchate was the transference of the Metropolis of Kiev, Galicia and all Rus' in the Eastern Orthodox from the ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople to the Patriarchate of Moscow.
