Antonio Cando Halili was a Filipino politician who served as the Mayor of Tanauan, Batangas in 1992 and from 2013 until his assassination in 2018. His term as mayor was controversial due to his methods of dealing with crime and illegal drugs in the city. On July 2, 2018, he was shot and killed by an unknown gunman during a flag ceremony at the Tanauan City Hall.
