The Babur is an all-weather, subsonic cruise missile developed by the National Defence Complex (NDC) based on reverse-engineered copies of U.S. BGM-109 Tomahawk missiles recovered by Pakistani intelligence after a 1998 U.S. strike in Afghanistan.
