Elliot Abrams is a meteorologist and native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Abrams has been an employee of AccuWeather since 1967 and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with both a bachelor's and a master's degree in meteorology; he was also a member of the Pi Lambda Phi fraternity.
