Husky Stadium is an outdoor football stadium in the Northwestern United States, located on the campus of the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Originally named University of Washington Stadium, it was renamed Husky Stadium following the 1970 football season. It has been home to the Washington Huskies of the Big Ten Conference since 1920, hosting their football games. It also briefly hosted the Seattle Seahawks of the NFL for part of the 1994 season while the Kingdome was being repaired and again in 2000 and 2001 while Qwest Field was being constructed.
