Wikipedia Overview

INS Tushil (F70) is a Talwar-class frigate of the Indian Navy. It is the seventh ship of the Talwar-class frigates and the first of the third batch of the class frigates ordered by the Indian Navy. She was built by the Yantar shipyard in Kaliningrad, Russia. The ship was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 9 December 2024. The ship is to be assigned to Western Fleet and is based at Karwar Naval Base.
