Julian M. Dobbs is a New Zealand-born American bishop. He serves as the diocesan bishop of the Anglican Diocese of the Living Word (ADLW), a jurisdiction of the Anglican Church in North America. Dobbs' ministry as a bishop includes overseeing congregations and clergy of the diocese. Nicknamed the "based bishop" by conservative columnist Rod Dreher in 2022, Dobbs is one of the ACNA's more prolific figures, in part for his vocal warnings about the purported dangers of Islam.
