The Ohio State Buckeyes football team competes as part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS), representing the Ohio State University in the Big Ten Conference. Since the establishment of the football program in 1890, the Buckeyes have played in 59 bowl games.
