Matt Zimmerman is a former assistant basketball coach at the University of Arkansas and a former Arkansas Razorbacks basketball team manager. A member of Delta Upsilon fraternity, Zimmerman graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1990. He went on to serve in the United States Army until 1995 reaching the rank of Captain. He then went on to serve as an athletic director and coach at the high school level before joining Mike Anderson's staff at UAB and Missouri. He is well known for his work ethic and commitment to coaching. Zimmerman headed up the walk-on tryouts while at both UAB and Missouri.
