SS Kirovograd was a steel-hulled cargo steamship. She was built in Germany in 1929 for Dampfschifffahrts-Gesellschaft „Neptun“ as Hercules. In the Second World War, the Kriegsmarine requisitioned her twice: in 1940, and again in 1941. In 1945 the United Kingdom seized her as war reparations, and renamed her Empire Dovey. In 1946 she was transferred to the Soviet Union, which renamed her Kirovograd. She was scrapped in West Germany in 1968.
